Director mode multiplayer?

Does anyone knows if there's a way to use the director mode with a friend? To make some cinematics and clips together?

Unfortunately I believe Director mode is offline only. You can record clips from GTA Online by either pressing F1 to start/stop a recording, or pressing F2 to enable auto capture, then when something you want to save happens press F1. The max length for each clip I think is roughly 90 seconds - sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on how much is going on. Those clips you can use in the Rockstar Editor. The files aren't huge, around 100mb each, but that does add up if you keep a lot of recordings and don't clean ones out you don't have a need for.
