Erro com o Rage Plugin Hook.

Esse programa deve ser usado para usar o mod de polícia LSPDFR, porém toda vez que eu o inicio, abre o GTA 5 e ele fecha rapidamente (crash).

Eu já tentei de tudo e NADA resolve o meu problema. Espero que alguém me ajude POR FAVORRR.

Não é o antivírus, eu já instalei todas as versões do directx, netframework, drivers da placa de vídeo. Resumindo não sei mais o que fazer.
