Can others mod their vehicles in the Mobile Operations Center?
My friend has an Opressor and I was wondering if the armory and the vehicle customization is only for the person who owns the MOC.

nope as always rockstar ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up again...

just a little example you are playing as associate of another ceo so it is impossible to refill the ammo for your apc because you cant enter the moc of other players with vehicles ...
