Just my random thoughts on the matter.
On the consoles when first released and then again on PC.
So potentially that 25% is a lot larger.
I will personally not buy games from a company that won´t allow me to mod my game to my hearts desire like Bethesda and SCS Software allows me to do because it makes the game feel extremely limiting.
Now the mod thing is fairly new, a boycott could be still gaining traction so numbers in a week or month from now will be more important, but unless there is a real large maybe even cross platform action to boycott further dlc, RD2 and maybe even other games connected to Take Two I dont know if there is enough to affect change.
It was neat watching all the negative reviews roll in, but unforunantly I dont see enough resistance to really hurt them, and they may just recoup whatever they lose by milking more out those who do play with even more transactions
