No longer a VIP

Yesterday I bought a bunker and became a VIP and did some of the missions with a friend and got my stock up. I've gone back online today but I am no longer a VIP and I can't access my laptop. Why won't it register me automaticly?

Yep 1 mil, if ur below that you cant until you hit million again
