How can I unlock merryweather contact?

I really want to unlock the merryweather contact but I don't know how? I did a quick search online but all I could find is a mission where you have to steal the plane Titan and the merryweather people come which unlocks the Merryweather jeep? I really don't know. Is that mission to do with unlocking the contact? It seems pretty hard mission so if it is.... -_- Anyways if they is another way of getting the merryweather contact (the one where you can deliver helis and etc) that would be great! thanks

A lot of things are level-locked. Just keep levelling and you'll unlock things when you're supposed to.

It should unlock around Level 12 if you got the Lester and Trevor cutscenes and also spend enough time in Freemode.
The first thing you get is the Ammo drop
Level 20 should unlock the Helicopter Back-Up, Levle 25 the Boat Call-In, Level 30 Helicopter Call-In, Level 35 the Mercenaries and Level 50 the Airstrike
