Its possible to remove a permament Ban in GTA 5 steam PC

so yeah i got banned in GTA 5 again

history tells us yes, bans can be overturned after an investigation.
this has happened at least twice during banwaves. Odds are though your ban didn't take place during a banwave and was investigated manually like the ToS tells us they are.
wait a week and if its not overturned by then expect that it was done legitimately.

You´re joking, right? You know that you´re banned for "put money an rp"?
And I might add, If it would be that easy to get rid of a ban, why should they ban people in the first place?
Rockstar could remove it but in your case, why should they?
