Forbidden Name when naming Organization

Recently I just got a hold of an office. I wanted to name it Jewel Inc. in tribute of the idol whom I modelled her after.

But when I do so I got the "forbidden name" text message. So I'm not sure what is wrong with that. Is it a known name in the US? Or ingame? Or something I'm not aware of?

I'd imagine the first 3 letters is the trigger.

If you go to the website where you buy the office in-game and go to renovate for your current one, like if you wanted to change the interior style or add the bedroom space, I wonder if the 50% off discount that started today might apply to only doing a name change. Knowing Rockstar probably not, but might be worth checking.

Ahh yeah that's the very reason I got the office quickly lol.

It was an instant buy.

But the names not important now. Just wanna make cash and then I'll consider the name change. Is there ever a discount for warehouses (for the car cargo) because I've never seen that one before.

Yeah, I think there was a sale on I/E garages back around Christmas or New Years. I think those are rather rare to go on sale, but with how bizarre some of the discounts have been lately that could happen again next week. On the other hand, given how lucrative I/E can be, the mark down might only be 30% when they decide to do that again.

Still better than paying the full sum for the car warehouse anyway. Because having the office alone is apparently not enough to get any work done xD

And with my experience with special cargo in PS4, think I'm gonna pass on that and go straight for car cargo.

I own Arcadius. Should I go for the Marietta Heights warehouse or is there a better option? Because I'm just replicating my PS4 choices and not sure if it's good or bad.

I've personally been happy with La Puerta for my vehicle warehouse, basically one block over from the arena, but I'm far from being an expert at the cargo stuff. It has good freeway access and it's been rare that I've had to source a vehicle from very far up north. I also only do I/E in lobbies that I'm sure are safe, typically ones where I'm with crew members that I know will mind their own business while I work on mine.

Ahh thanks I'll probably give that a try. And in my case in PS4. 80% of the time I get sent to the North for a common vehicle. It's annoying af.
