Its not a hardware problem, its a stupid rockstar and steam cloud saves.
I noticed that I actually was able to play online, but could't play single player!
As soon as I started a new game, the game has never crashed after again!!
So its like "overwriting your local saves to steam cloud saves".
I don't know how to delete ALL steam cloud saves, so I started a new game.
As I said, didn't do enough. Would have been 1 of the first things I did over teamviewer -.-
As far as overwriting the R* saves - you could force locals. Spam saves til all slots are full, then enable cloud saves, and when it prompts, choose to keep local and overwrite those on the cloud.
Anyway -.-
And then delete cloudsavedata.dat - next time you start - it prompts you.
You can also turn it off ingame via the social club menu.
tsk tsk.
