Jewel Store Heist Bug

I have been experiencing a really weird "Mission Freeze" with The Jewel Store Heist (Smart Approach), When I drive to the Construction area, Franklin gets out and Michael tells him how to get to the Vent, the game doesn't switch to Franklin, and the Mission doesn't Proceed. I'll give a Video to make it more Easier to explain. So, in other words, the Scene with Franklin and Michael when dropping off Franklin is stuck, and nothing, even with the Power of Mods, is working to get the Mission to Move on.

Can anyone help me? Restarting the Game didn’t work and taking out Mods didn’t seem to work either!

Fresh game -> no mods. Fixed it.

he means uninstall the game ! i dont even know why you ask on forums why your game is frezees when your mods are clearly the problem. Change title to be more accurate "Modded gta game with x mod , freeze on mission x".

What about Open Interiors? I took that out of my game and I am still waiting until I get the chance to see if it works. I played the Mission before without any Difficulties in the past, without Open Interiors. I don’t want to uninstall just yet. I have Natural Vision, but I’m not sure if that was the cause of the Mission “freeze”. I have many Mods and haven’t seen any problems with other Missons.

"Taking out mods" - is not "took out every single mod". Mods are known to cause issues - they do NOT have to affect every mission - there are some that are ok, some that are not. Either jump through the hoops to narrow down - or just remove'm all - do mission, and put them back. Takes 5 seconds to rename dinput8.dll to dinput8.idontwannaremovemodswaaa. Play the mission. Rename it back. Of course, this assumes you have no other loaders, and used a "mods" folder.

And again - zero reason to uninstall gtav - just clean the folder -.-

And for kicks - straight off open interiors page -
"2. Unintended things may happen if you are in a mission, so I've disabled the interiors from opening during missions. However there may still be some problems so I recommend you use this mod in free roam only, or after you've completed the game."

Yeah, I’ve had so many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problems with this mission. It seems that’s the Bugs like to happen whenever they want to, and I even had a new Problem when Michael spawned outside of the Boxtruck at the river so I had to use airbreak to barely manage to get back in before the Mission failed. 50% and 15+ Failures because my Mods don’t want to work correctly. I’m filing a lawsuit against the universe - Jk. Let’s hope no other missions are affected, because I want to ACTUALLY play GTA V.

I don’t have any Problems removing Mods, it’s that some Mods are Amazing and I couldn’t play without. I have TrainerV and some Car Mods for LSPDFR, but The car mod is a pain in SP because the lights on the Crown Vics are Gone. I also have ELS, which still shows the warning message in SP on the bottom right corner. I also have Visual effects, though I don’t think any problems have been reported with them yet. I have Watxh your Death also, which is a script mod. I have quite a few Mods. so there’s probably a few Bad apples.

I've did some changes around my Mods, still having certain Annoying issues with Missions, such as "Three's Company" where when I switch back to Michael to finish off the last of the Agency men with the AP Pistol, his Body just stands in Mid-Air, cannot use a weapon and literally not being able to do ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. More Bugs like this will probably continue to occur, and I am slowly starting to lose my sanity.

Also, on another side-note, I have noticed something. When I fixed the "Jewel Store Job" bug I had, I took out "Open Interiors". When I had the issue of "Three's Company", I took out WYD (Watch your Death), and that seemed to solve it. So it seems ALL of my Mods are causing issues. Was there a GTA V Update that I wasn't aware of? If problems continue to arise, I might just Verify the file integrity or something.
