BAWSAQ Stock market down for maintenance?

I've tried every solution i've found on the internet but yet none work. I'm signed into social club and have an internet connection, launching through steam. I even uninstalled my mods but yet none work. It was working in the beginning but ever since I bought a few stocks it went down and has yet to come back up and im currently on The assassination mission but cant even invest in stocks. Any help? thanks.

Edit: This is getting a lot more attention then I thought it would. Just wanna say that there isn't a fix atm, It's a Rockstar issue and not client side. The only solution is waiting for a Patch/Update from Rockstar. Also, just wanna say it's pretty cool that a lot of people care about / play Singleplayer still!

Same here. I have looked for days and days now, and have read over countless posts and videos with no luck what so ever. The only thing I found, which I can't find now of course, is basically that someone emailed Rockstar customer support, and that they are aware of it and have said be patient please wait, which is incredibly helpful...

I contacted support and received this reply, if anyone was curious.
"Sorry for you are experiencing this problem and this is a known bug by Rockstar Games.

They are working to fix the problem. I hope this will be fixed soon. Sorry for the problem.

For now, you need to wait for the fix.

Good to know i'm not the only one but annoying that I spent way too much time trying to fix a server side bug lol. Thanks for posting the reply as well!

Yeah, who knows. I wouldn't think its much of a priority for them. We can hope so though lol. And no problem :)

It had better be a damn priority. I paid for their game and it's broken. I know single player isn't important anymore (not like the franchise was built on it or anything) but some people still enjoy it.

I believe it has been down since 26th february (depending on where you live of course). I postponed the mission for Franklin, because I don't want to miss the investment :). Seems this issue is pretty big, since it is already taking a workweek to fix it.

If that was the case, why break it now? Its been almost 4 years since the PC release, and apparently it works fine on consoles. Otherwise, how are you possibly supposed to earn enough money for the properties? Rockstar doesn't want people wasting time grinding for money in single player. They want you grinding for money, getting sick of it, then buying shark cards so you can buy the next craziest thing to defend yourself from everyone in GTA Online.

Whatever the case is, I hope they give enough of a ♥♥♥♥ about the 10 of us who still enjoy the SP.

Dont invest in stocks. Waste of time and you'll likely not use the money gotten from them after finishing the story.
