I agree. I have played since it released on PS4 and did missions 90% of my playtime. I can afford everything but players that got into the game recently sure as hell cant and if they buy everything in the DLC via shark card it will end up being like $300 USD.

The point is it will be very hard for them to catch up. The average price of a normal DLC is $15 while a R* DLC if you acquire ♥♥♥♥ from SharkCards will be like $300. R* is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ company IMO and I dont like their buisness practices.
Its not really pay to win and short of an extremely long and hard grind you have to do it. I would rather pay for the DLC than have shark cards in the game.
what you choose to do with it is all up to you, its still something you pick out of your wallet and making an ingame progress out of nowhere.
