The new vehicles have a different option if you saw that...Probably they can be stored in your vehicle warehouse and call them later, no pegasus probabaly. I don't know for certain yet.

THere's a new option Request Special Vehicle in interaction menu, so it's like I said.

I saw it in SaintsFan livestream a bit ago. You can customize it, call MORS if it gets destroyed and store it in your Vehicle Warehouse.

Every 5 minutes.
It's still buggy- then again the update came out 4 hours ago.

Just heard it only stores 8 rockets but I guess that is not so bad.

You have to have a vehicle warehouse before you can even buy it. You can get a discount on it if you put 32 cars in your warehouse and do the special mission which may or may not start for you it's currently bugged. Once you have it you can modify it at los santos customs only basic upgrades are availible no spoilers or skirts or hoods nothing. You get 8 rockets each time you take it out of the warehouse thats it once you use them you have to either blow it up and wait 5 mins to call it to you or just drive back to the warehouse and then drive it back out again good as new and with 8 more rockets. It also has a hop or jump function which is rather fun and can be quite useful. It does have a parachute but i havent needed to use that yet. I could use one on the rocket voltic however since i have launched that one pretty high.

Nope, they will charge you insurance fees but no call needed, new car will be in your car warehouse underground garage.
