modded game on story mod + BAWSAQ market

Im only playing the story mode (dont care about online) and im at the point that i start doing assassination missions and some of the guides say you need to invest in the BAWSAQ stock market... im playing the game on offline with the launch command -scOfflineOnly

can i use the BAWSAQ even if the game is modded assuming i dont go online (but will remove the -scOfflineOnly)? is it safe?

You can do whatever you want in singleplayer if you don’t go into online with the mods active.
