How can you reduce your utility bills?
Some things I have heard that work is as follows.

1) Move your aircraft into storage
2) Shut down your Motorcycle businesses

Are there any more?

Jump session. The timer restarts each time you join a new session. You start pay your bills after 48min.

I doubt it will change anything movibg aircraft into storage.

Shutting down mc business will stop the bills. You also dont oay for mc businesses if you are nit mc president. Shutting down mc businesses will stop your nightclub production.

I intend for my cash to come from Act 2 repeats and the passive income from the nightclub. I am thinking of shutting down the MC Businesses and Bunker once all research has been completed. Thanks for the tip about being charged every 48 minutes / one whole GTA V Online day and retiring from MC / CEO work if you are not running any jobs.

I re-hire DJ's at the nightclub to save me from running promotion missions. Re-hires cost less than the initial hire of 100K.

Once you shut down MC and bunker, your NC wont produce any stock anymore.

During current event week the NC promotion is a net gain, but outside it evens it out. You pay 10k to change DJ to increase by half a bar (lasts single day) gaining only 10k. So you pay 10k daily to keep it at max to get 10k daily.
Only the initial 100k fills the bar completely.

Switch session every 40 minutes to avoid utility bills

Nightclub popularity has no effect on your nightclub income. You are wasting money keeping it up.

If you didn't buy any apartment with a garage attached to it, you skip most of daily bills, even your workers bills won't get credited

1) Does nothing.
2) Shutting down a line of income saves you 2500$ / day? Keeping it open allows your nightclub to produce 48,000 / game day. A little math shows that number 2 is just bad advice.

Shutting down the bunker is a bad idea. It is one of the most profitable business you can own. I make all the income I need from bunker sales and nightclub warehouse sales only. It's 100% passive income with the exception of occasional sales missions.
Daily utility bills can easily be more than paid for by one quick and simple VIP mission if you are that concerned about it.

I so not agree about the bunker , i mean that occasional sale is insanely hard now n then , i think of all the things i own bunker delivery is the hardest , lowest succes %

Keep bunker stock low, so you only get a single vehicle.
Full supply last for 140k (210k) of stock. A single vehicle. Easy job, even with the Dune buggy.

Watch TV for all eternity during a time-locked contact mission.

No utility costs.
No kicking for idling.
No cheaters/hackers.
Stock keeps producing (while supplies last)!

Perfect for idling, especially with a the free money from nightclubs.

Remember though that the raid timers are still ticking, which means you could face (several) raids once you come back and become a MC pres or CEO, if you do this too long with full stocks.
