(Hey it's me again) Crashes with using RDE(realism dispatch enhanced) mod

Hey so I'm back with more crashes. But this time I may already know the problem so I just wanted to let others know before they check this mod out. So I decided to try this mod out as I always thought the police were a bit iffy in vanilla. But I'm disappointed to say that I get nothing but crashes with this mod. Even after deleting the problematic enablempcars.asi file. I went through my asiloader log and my crash log but I found nothing useful. But I think the problem lies with this mod just being outdated. This is just a theory but it seems that way to me. If anyone gots any suggestions feel free to drop them below. I'm gonna keep looking for a solution to this. As always thanks for all and any replies.

Someone said this didn't work last update too (and it did - using the instructions/link). (unrelated to the thread it is posted in - his .asi's were 'clean' - but obviously modded by the end of the thread. The most basic of modding troubleshooting techniques - not followed.
Complete waste of my time by the end. -.-

Per usual - said mods/comment pages hold much information.
Steam doesn't harbor many sp modders- even less willing to help.

Thanks man you always come to the rescue. I'll give this a shot later, since now I'm a bit frustrated with gta 5 modding xD so for now Imma uninstall this mod and just go and enjoy the enb's I installed. But as always thank you so damn much for the help.
