Problem with Rage plugin hook or LSPDFR

I have downloaded a fresh copy of gta 5, installed ScriptHookDotNet, NativeUI, ScriptHookV and LSPDFR (In this order) when i open RagePuginHook.exe, the loading window goes to the bottom left corner and the game doesnt even have time to do the window breaking sound before it crashes, ive been looking around forums and other sites for an answer and here is what I tried:

Putting the game on windowed
I tried launching with and without the LSPDFR plugin loaded
Disabled the custom loading screens
Disabled DirectX Hook
Im stumped, and I really want to try the new update

for me i have had to launch gta first, then alt tab and launch ragehook. Doesnt make sense but its worked for me on this version. Hope that helps

May you should take a look @ RagePluginHook.log ( Gta V directory)

Most problems can be solved by taking a look into the log (wrong dlls, versions missmatches, mod incomp.)


Have you set the force: "Windowed only" and "dx 11" modes?
(You can do that by clicking the wrench symbol while rage is loading. Navigate to
Gamesettings inside rph)
I think it was req for ragehook to hook. After gta v has started you can switch back via ctrl+enter into fullscreen. But as far as i can remember ragehook has some problems hooking while starting in fullscreen.

I already tried windowed and I didnt make much difference appart from hearing the window breaking sound a bit longer, as for the "dx 11" mode it didnt work either:/ I dont understand why, I looked everywhere and didnt find anyone with a similar problem.

Okay. weird error. It just crashes without a important message. Just aborts the versioncheck cO?

Did it worked before the update for you? Because mine is working flawlessly.

It hasn't been working since 0.4, when the crash occurs, it shows the "gta v has stopped working" then exits the game to the social club screen asking me if i want to start the game in safe mode or retry. If you want to you can upload them, it doesnt seem to be a problem with LSPDFR

Weird - try deleting all files depending on lspdr(lspdfr folder and plugins) and overwrite all with this. (Just copy and paste into main directory of gta v)

UPDATE: Disabled Behavior shield on AVG and it launched with success
