Launch steam with "C:\...\...\steam.exe" -console

Go to console and insert:
download_depot 271590 271591 1570581080263611331

When it finished downloading insert:
download_depot 271590 271594 1339244108988346552

You can check it is downloading in Library -> Download

After go to the download folders and replace the files in gta v common folder

Disable automatic updates and launch the game in offline mode(Steam -> go offline)

where is the archive downloaded Elixir? Is it put ijn a folder somewhere in the steam data folders?

The console tells you the folder, should be content folder of steamapps

do you replace all the files with all the things you downloaded? or only certain ones

All of them need to be replaced, if need be, i would totally do a tutorial video thats short to show what to do.

my gta is on my account but my social club is linked with an old one that i dont have access to so i family share on another account, so i can't play offline and it never works
