I watched a video about Oppressor mk2 and a fighter Jet. Both had explosive mini gun, if that's what rockstar is planning to release then free mode is gonna get worst for new players or those who are not good in pvp.

These vehicles came with the update, so, their files are in the game, but they haven't been released yet. These are leaked via mod menus.
