Lost my Enus Paragon R (Armored)

As the title suggests i lost one of my cars. it simply was not there in my garage.

I also contacted support twice, one ticket ended by a bot responding and the other by support saying that they wouldn't be able to get me the car back and gave me a 1mil compensation instead.

Did anyone lose their Enus Paragon R (Armored) and actually get it back?
if so, how?

you can just buy it back if you got 1 mil compensation...

after casino came out there was insurance bug and many people lost that car and r* actually did return it eventually. at least for most people. i don't know which way you lost it yourself, but they definitely could restore it.. maybe keep making those requests. or try live chat support.

I had looked it up and did find others with the insurance problem however it just dissappeared out of my garage.

I could try live support but didn’t see the option to do so when i made the ticket (maybe it’s only there in a specific time zone?).

I could also make new support tickets but i have a feeling they might have wanted me to shut it as they compensated me with that 1 mil. So i wouldn’t know if they’d even respond
