How To Win EVERY Open Wheel Races In GTA Online

I was playing around with the new open wheel races, and I find some great tips and tricks. Here are they:

1) Non-contact races -> Try to host or ask the host to change the "Race Type" to "Non-contact" , this means you or others cant crash into each other. This make the races super easy and less annoying.

2) Use soft tires -> Soft tires have much more traction which overall helps with the handling of the car. You would like to replace the tires on the 4th lap if you are doing a 10 lap race, if youre doing a 5 lap race just keep an eye on the tire health.

3) If any part of your car is damaged, fix it -> If you crash into something and something breaks like the spoiler, it will effect your traction ( which will feel like your racing on snow ), so dont forget to fix it.

4) Use the Progen PR4 -> Its the best overall car, out of the two. The Ocelot R88 is faster in drag race however the Progen PR4 has:
-Higher Top Speed
-Better Handling

That trolling behavior you mentioned in tip #1 is really a problem with basically any race type that gets a bonus for the week. I just wrote Rockstar using their suggestion form asking that they expand the Destroy Last Place option to include Every 2 Laps, 3 Laps, plus more timed choices like Every 90, 120 Seconds. Odd they don't even offer that feature in the new Open Wheel races, yet they leave the Catchup line despite that being locked to off.

I'm someone who very much enjoys racing in GTA Online and F1 races could be a great addition, but with the serious performance hit you get from losing one or both wings and then needing to get to the pit for repair, I think they should put a little effort into making sure the excitement of a race isn't spoiled by trolls and sore losers. Racing non-contact just feels wrong (and often incredibly dull) for the F1 and NASCAR modes.

Thats an acceleration boost ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and you cant use that until youve completed one lap, literally every match ive been in there has been one guy that just zooms away from everyone else in the very beginning and then just goes at least twice the speed of everyone else the entire match, thats not the boost feature
