is 8gb of RAM enough for GTA V

I have a Ryzen 3 3200G APU that is paired with one stick of 1x8GB @2400MHz RAM. And I am having issues with the game hitting 30 FPS+ unless on 900p and bellow with "normal graphics" settings? Will adding another stick of 8GB improve my performance?

Ahh I believe i found the trick.I downloaded MSI Afterburner now im hitting 30+ FPS. My PC suffers a bit in the downtown core but I can handle it. I think adding another stick of RAM will solve that problem.

yes minimum requirements is only 4gig, you have to remember it is basically a 7 year old game, and the pc port is already 5 years old.

The game has far surpassed the requirements, especially on online mode.

GTA V uses with no effort over 8GB of RAM, is currently using 9GB of RAM for me while playing online.

As for VRAM is around 6GB.

Then again I'm playing on max settings and 60 stable FPS.
