DLC NOT WORKING

i bought the criminal starter pack on steam and its not showing up in game please help me fix it

Same here. Got the Criminal Starter Pack, Megalodon shark card, and GTA V. Still not showing up in my game

i clicked on the website but it doesnt show the steps to do it all it has is info about the starter pack

Step 2, Start GTA Online
Step 3, Follow on screen instructions to claim items*

You're gonna have to talk to Rockstar Support.

You still have to play to the rank that opens the various Maze foreclosures. For instance if you are rank level 5 you cannot see it. Once you hit level 10 or 12 you get the call trying to sell you one. Then there is a different colored one that is your free one to select. You still go into the website and go through the steps of buying it, it just shows up as free.

I have that problem too but rockstar games doesnt have the solution

we have no access to your account so we can not correct anything, there is no solution if rockstar support can't help you.

That's a starter pack, not DLC, regardless of how Steam labels it.

Same issue three years later.... did they get you squared away? and yes i am sure i did not get any of the assets, and steam has confirmed the content has been added to my steam account but for some reason the game is not picking up that i got it.

thanks for your response, i got shark cards before, and they were added instantly(but this is my personal experience so far and mileage may vary). I'm currently waiting for rockstar to reply (im in a bit over 24hrs). In that time though steam has responded twice.... which i would like to give them a quick shoutout for awesome customer service in every matter i have had here real quick.... but yeah, thanks : )
