How do i complete the diamond casino heist within 15 minutes?

any tips to complete the new heist within 15 minutes?, for the elite challange, so far i always completed it around 20 minutes

Choose the lowest and the closest buyer, use the best getaway vehicles and upgrade them, go through it and lose cops fast. Practice, practice, practice.

Yes, get in the getaway cars in the basement and you'll see the upgrade menu, so anyway is escaping through the ls sewers makes you go slower or faster?

There 3 random type of loot. Money, gold or paintings. Last one is a fastest way to collect.

We used bikes for escape. For the last time Lectro spawn was realy close. I will try to test it again soon. Bit for us it was a closest spawn point (near bikers garage).
We made assault type of mission.

Driving to Casino takesus 1min 30 sec. 30 sec loading time. 7 minutes 40 sec inside, 30 sec loading time. And 3min 30 sec to escape. All togeather 13 min 40 sec. Final board score was 12 min 1 sec. So i presume loading time doesnt count.
