GTA V Crashing without warning, lag, or error message by windows, (Not much, in some sessions)

I've been playing GTA V for a while, and recently installed gameconfig v. I still run at 80-110 fps per session with any traffic multiplier, I run with 2.5 which does not drop my fps, niether does 4x or 5x. But when Im just cruising on the highway causing mayhem and the fps is around 90-100 the game just freezes, and exits, not message from windows error, no memory usage warning, or the launcher, (Yes I tested all my mods, mod by mod {I only have 20 mods active}), do you guys think its the gameconfig

L.A Vegetation Patch, and OIV

ScriptHookV (Obviously)
Simple Trainer (Not the problem)
Brake Lights
Indicators
Nuke Mod
gameconfig.xml (1x traffic 1x ped- 5x traffic 5x peds)
City Lights
Percise Lightning Bolts (4k)
Brighter Emergency Lights (LSPDFR)
NVR (Natural Vision Remastered), (Just vehicle and sky textures)
Remove All Coronas
More Rain Puddles
Better Explosions Texture
Realistic Headlights
Superhuman
Skin Control
L.A Roads

There's a chance it can be some of your mods that are causing it. What I usually do when I heavily mod the game and then it crashes, is I install any OIV mod first. Then I see if it works. Then I add in the manual mods that you have to install by yourself. Install one by one, then when you crash after installing one of the mods you'll know which one it is.
