Contact R* support.
If you want to live chat support with them (and you CAN'T log into the website -.-) - create a NEW social club account on the website (just to talk to them with), and use THAT to submit the ticket with a VERIFIED email... then you can give them your steam info/cdkey and sort out your problem.

You submit a ticket, platform - PC. Issue - Social club. Then you pick LIVE CHAT. Then wait for them to get to you, politely explain your situation, and they will help you correct the problem.

Chcę tutaj troszkę rozwinąć temat, ponieważ wcześniej było wszystko wporządku. Jakiś czas temu odinstalowałem grę, ponieważ nie chciało mi się grać, nadeszła mnie w tym momencie taka ochota, więc postanowiłem ponownie zainstalować GTA V, gdy wszystko się już zainstalowało kliknąłem "Graj" i myślałem, że Social Club mnie zaloguje automatycznie, jednak Social Club, chciał abym się zalogował, więc wpisuje moje dane logowania, i wyskakuje mi ten komunikat: "To konto steam jest już przypisane do innego konta Social Club. Proszę zalogować się do tego konta Social Club".
No need to expand the topic. EVERYONE was force logged out weeks ago.
EVERYONE has to log back in - period.
Some logged in / captcha in 3 seconds. Others have tried 100 emails.
Others have had password recoveries in their spam folders / or even blocked R* email.
Reinstalling gtav or social club is not going to fix this particular instance of issue.
