OpenIV Package Installer Installation Failed

whenever i try to run or extract a .oiv file from openiv it always says.

"Installation Failed
A fatal error occurred during the installation. Please check log files for error details.."
I already uninstalled and reinstalled my OpenIV

use 7zip to open the oiv as an archive and manually install the mod
