Uninstall OpenIV
I installed id months ago and havent even touched GTAV in a while, how the ♥♥♥♥ do I uninstall it? lol. I go to the Apps/Features of Windows and it says that I have to delete in through the control panel? what is that? lol
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

Type control panel in the search bar and select uninstall program, find it, right mouse click, delete

Oh ♥♥♥♥, idk Control panel was still on windows lmao. I thought it meant in OpenIV itself. Thanks PopDog, youre a lifesaver haha.

You've got to use the Windows Control Panel to unistall OpenIV.
