GTA5 Soical club issue

Ive triend everything 2years ago i had a computer that couldnt run the game so i didnt play it was too gulitchy now i have a proper computer and cant figure out what social club account is linked to my steam account i tried even making a new social club account n nothing i tried making a new steam account to bypass it and made a new soical account and still nothing im ready to wipe my account with my games and start fresh can someone help me before i get rid of this account to start fresh ?
