LSPDFR can't start police mode

So after installing both LSPDFR and the up to date plug in with a vanilla save file, the icons for jail and police stations show up, but theres never a notification to enter the police station when im there and the command prompt for the plug in (up to date) wont show when i press F4 (it's set to F4 i checked)

Whats causing the mod to work improperly? I'd love to play the gamemode as soon as possible.

More specifically i cant get "press E to enter police mode" or something like that. Nor can i get the plugin console up pressing F4

Try going to the Mission Row PD, as it has a full interior and go into the locker room.
If you cannot go into the locker room (doors locked, or you instantly get a wanted level) then something's probably not installed correctly.

You should know posting pirate server on steam is prohibited and also advertising them here, not to mention its against Rockstars own tos also.

LSPD:FR is a single player mod that flat out doesn't work online.

Strip it all out / revert to vanilla - and try installing it again -

Not running gtav(steam) or ragehook as admin can cause issues. Some antivirus can cause issues (including windows defender). Some .dll's can be blocked. In some setups - you may need to tinker with settings inside ragehook(start it, then hold shift til it says release), or start it AFTER you've started gtav.

*I'm going to assume "up to date plug in" is you putting the newest ragehook in after LSPDFR.

When I first loaded up the game, nothing was working. I hit F8 to activate the trainer, nothing. F4 like LSPDFR says, nothing.

I hit escape, alt+tabbed, and read the readme that came with LSPDFR. Thought maybe I missed something.

I didn't. I alt+tabbed back in, let it sit for a minute and things just started working.

Also, I used the auto install for LSPDFR. Not sure if that matters or not. Figured It'd be better. shrug

Oh, make sure you launch the game with the RageHook exe from your GTAV folder.

It's the community that continues to keep games alive for 5, 10, 20+ years after the game dies, and devs go bankrupt.

With what your saying, people that want the game to look better with ReShade or ENB, should be banned? Even in SP?

People that want to experience the game from a different perspective(in this case, police), should be banned? Even in SP?

If R* made a mod where you could be police, you would buy it? Even though there is one already?

I'm all for banning people in MP for cheating and exploits. But playing in a SP scenario...I should be able to do whatever I want. R* already has my money, I'm already playing there game. What do they care what I do on SP?

I honestly wouldn't have bought this game if it wasn't for the SP mods. I have absolutly zero interest in going online or doing that FiveM thing.

Mods-they also keep games alive 20+ years after it's shelf life. Just like in Bethesdas Skyrim...the community came together and practically fixed the ENTIRE game. And now there is a mod for that. Free of charge. Did they get butthurt? Nope. And neither should R* for the community coming together, and making the game different, and better for more players to enjoy.

You need to make sure your running the latest version of Rage Hook. You can download it from there website, and just install it over the one LSPD:FR installs, since I'm pretty sure that one is just increadbily out of date by this point.
