How to set up the hangar?

I bought the hangar and clicked "Set Up" on PC.
Ron told me to take out the guards and bring back airplane to hangar.
But there's nothing on map. I've been flying around the whole map for past 20 minutes and couldn't find anything.
Where is that plane?

Restart the game and try again

I don't know if it is a bug of the game, issues with servers because to many people playing right now or a result of cheater impact.

it happens sometimes, that mission objectives won't be highlighted on the map or missions won't start.
Similiar things happened to me, while trying to lunch bunker supply mission.
It also happened during one of promotion missions for the nightclub.

There are many possible location for the mogul so it is pretty hard to find it without the map poi

Thank you. Restarting game fixed it.
I usually avoid restarting it because it takes about 30 minutes to launch online.

And this was probably the worst time to buy hangar. It's really hard to fly when visibility is so low because of snow.

you can reduce loading times by starting into singleplayer first
join the online mode from there
use the resource monitor of windows to suspend the game for 15secs if it loads longer than 5 min on the cloudscreen.

it is a result of R* forcing people into puplic sessions for certian activities, while these sessions are the playground of cheaters.
Many people respond to this procedure by configuring their windows firewalls in a way, that no stranger can join their sesssions, which creates all the trouble for players, who try to connect to these sessions without being on the whitelist. you end up on the endless cloud screen or get a nice message about connection error.

loading into invitation sessions is the fastest way to get into online,
but R* won't allow to use ceo business feature in that sessions right now.
