GTA V Social Club Loading Screen Infinite

Gday Gday, I have recently got a new pc and I installed gat v on it, however when i open GTA V I am stuck on an infinite loading screen on social club. (The very first thing the opens) I have tried reinstalling but that doesnt work, I have searched up on google and I can't find anything. I NEED HELP
