I remember I had a issue when I bought a card with a credit card way back and it didn't show up also straight away on the account but in my case it took a few hour's for it to appear.

After that i started to use my steam wallet and never had this problem again.

i can understand if english isn't your first language but you seem fluent enough, regardless i will highlight the important parts.

Answer: In-game funds purchased through Steam Shark Cards may not arrive immediately. If you bought in-game cash through Steam but don’t see it in-game yet, please check back again later, and wait at least 24 hours before contacting Support for help.
