You got a functional list of mods + links that others can test?
/insert obvious - remove the mods, verify the game works properly as vanilla. Then - reinstall the mods, 1 at a time and test between. Mods break all the time with updates.
Directions to strip'm out and start over (after testing vanilla works -.-) -

Doesn't work as vanilla? Atleast some variables are removed and you/we can continue troubleshooting without worrying about mods interfering. Starting with reinstalling vcredists 2012, directx (possibly needing to remove all of the files first), disabling antivirus/security apps and startup programs, etc. Even a sfc /scannow may be necessary. Again, virtually no info given.
Non-legit copy or online modding? Don't care/goodluck.
And this is the reason why it is important to tell the difference between mods and cheats. >.>

To short, I'm a real gamer like you who knows how to operate the controls on a PC, not like those real-world games you may think... what, too hard for you?
Anyway, as the psykoteky said, that has very limited information regarding what happened to your game that is crashing. Please elaborate. Do you install mods in "Mods" folder? Has your game files have the files' integrity verified?
Maybe like he said, you are running on an old or pirated version of the game, which sadly, mods nowadays are dependent on the current game version.
Look for that on google with gta 5 behind it
GL and np
(enough intel in that code)
