Remove "Easy way out"

Someone randomly destroys cargo or kills me for no reason, i go after him, he just takes easy way out and go into passive mode. And repeats infinetly.
Players like this deserves perma ban and some serious medical help at a mental institute.

One death solves that problem. After that she's free to abuse passive again. Although you can use that to get a savage, kill them, then hover around them preventing them from getting access to any vehicles if they go passive again. Be sure to start a VIP mission to prevent the cops from coming. That works quite well for the less determined and poorly for those who's goal is to waste your time.

That's a terrible idea, since you remove the option for you to go passive if in a mission (does work though if lobby is trying to kick you for no reason).

All they have to do is warp to apartment/facility, if somebody is being a ♥♥♥♥, you really can't stopthem unless you can get lobby to kick (or they're a complete idiot).

To each their own. I'm just tired of people complaining about easily avoidable problems they encounter in game, especially when the person causing the problem isn't breaking any rules.
