Did Rockstar remove the water-bongs from GTA5/Online?

For the past two days I have noticed there are no bongs in my house, or anyone else's for that matter. I was wondering if RS got all right-wing on us, and removed them from the game.

I also noticed that I cannot turn on my tv in the house too. Maybe the game is bugging out on my end then I dunno.

Verifying the cache did nothing as I suspected. I still can't watch tv or use the bong in the game. This is some weird ♥♥♥♥ lol. This is definitely bugged out. I restarted my pc on top of it just to throw that in there.
