Nope. Not publically posting something that I shouldn't be giving you anyways. (aka - redistributing -.-) Get one of your friends to try to download and send it. Heck, could try a vpn.

Let's hope that - even if you had the 4mb file to install it - that you can even download the updates to it afterwards of 20+mb. Considering you can't download from those places... /shrug.
