Only 1 veichle in nightclub service entrence?

Why can I only have 1 veichle there when there's so much space??

because they want you to buy the extra garage floor to store your cars ;)

I don't know if the area will be used for anything else.

I do know that when you do the popularity missions in the nightclub, some vehicles can show up there like the pisswasser truck. possibly some others can be unlocked later as well. (purely for decoration)

Probably "business" vehicles, like the first garage level is for the selling vehicles only. Beside the resupply truck, the upcoming Terrorbyte will be used there, I think.

When you do mission for club,
theres 'fetch the supplies', returning with the big truck,
it would be parked there for that visit opposite your parking space,
opened container and goods unloaded on the ground.
