it is also possible that R* broke some stuff by implementing this new code or maybe some of their developers forget on which version of the game he was working
it is probably just the usual disturbance in communication with their servers which simply fix itself after a while
it happened already multiple times in the past as R* added new features and unlocked fancy exploit to gain quickly cash
like the fancy lester plane exploit or the appartment exploit after they expanded appartment amount from 6 to 8

these other games also always suffer under similiar issues introduced through updates

Its a desync to heartbeat server (Hub for connecting players to other players and the same server that does the saves after finishing stuff).
You swapped session without completing a job. Happened again yesterday to me, I was delivering from counterfeiting, my boat (second boat) blew up, hit wrong key, backed it onto land, hopped out to push it back into water with car, boat exploded. I swapped session. I then opened safe (salvage yard), no problem, hopped in truck, picked up car, delivered car, job would not complete even though car was in rack, swapped session, car not showing in rack, went to club, safe would not empty. Could not disband biker as game still read me in a job.
Most every time I have had this where I cannot do safe cleaning is when a job does not complete, swapping to join a friend before the job is done, swapping before getting out of the area where job was done but message was not received. Every time I have had to close game completely to fix, and when it refused even that, had to reboot completely.
Definitely not modders involved as I was in crew 2 lobby.
Yeah That "High Demand" bonus on sales not even worth it for all the problems that a public server has.
Safe is in the office on the 2nd floor..you should see a $ icon on your mini map..walk to it.. it's Behine one of the computers..face the safe..it will tell you what key to press [on pc] the safe will open then you will see you have that money in you hand..CREDIT THAT BE4 YOU LEAVE OR OTHERS will take it
Oh I get it in invite only sessions (I refuse to play in public), but I play on cellphone hotspot and when its windy af or my service is just overloaded (Cuz one of them cheap'o MNVO), I get less then 200kbps download speed lol.
