Nightclub - Can't Pick Up Cash From Safe

As title says. Tried doing a mission, joining a new session, rebooting the game, nothing worked. It also seems like it might not be adding more money over time despite having popularity.

Yep, me too.
This has happened a couple times and eventually I was able to get it again.
Currently I can't, and it isn't growing.

Its maybe a connection issue on your side (much like the "transaction pending" message when buying stuff sometimes) as I still get the cash when standing 1-2 seconds in front of the open safe....

Hmm...I was doing Red Redemption 2's hatchet challenge, I got awarded with $250k + $45k from each bounty target done and now that I want to collect $64k in the nightclub's safe...I'm unable to? Hard to believe this Rockstar server kind of issue....everything else worked just fine.

My safe fixed itself overtime. Not sure what caused the bug in the first place.

Uhmm maybe network problem? Once i had this problem but i got the cash while standing at the safe for 10 secs and i also knew my internet is working slow atm. The next time and till now my internet is working fast and so is my cash being collected quickly.

Hi,

If you haven't found a solution already, try changing the DJ at the club. I had the same issue and couldn't collect cash from the safe. I hadn't changed the DJ in a while so tried that and it worked.

Changing the DJ didnt work for me.. but then I participate in an community action to deliver special cargo to the night club. After finishing it, the safe worked fine again.

Unfortunately they never fixed it.
But you can pick your money easily if you stay by the open safe and go to single player from main menu, when the switching starts your character pick ups the money from the safe.

What i assume is that your last transaction (Not necessarily from the nightclub) got stucked. You just need to do something done that will give you money via “bank”, not cash. This will refresh your transactions and hopefully things will work out. It did for me.

I know this is an old post but just in case anyone needs any help, I had this happen recently, basically was dry humping the hell out of my wall safe to get money for a solid minute or two, I ended up quitting gta 5 and then starting it back up and all of a sudden it worked, idk if it's that easy to fix or if I just got lucky.
