Salaries in MC and CEO/VIP business
I came back to GTA after a long time I didn't seriously play GTA online, so there are some things I wonder about how they work. For me the organisation stuff like CEOs and MCs are new, but I like it. But I'm not really shure how the economy works. I know how much or how little money you can make with the new stuff as a CEO or MC president, and I know that employes get a salary around 5000-10000$ per 15 realtime minutes. But where does this money come from? It is paid globaly or by the CEO organisation? This is an important thing to calculate for which jobs one should consider the help of employes or not. If a job gives me lets say 50000$ as a CEO, doing it with 3 other guys in 30 minutes would mean earning at least 30000$ less. Hanging around with them could ruin me;-D

The MC business seems to work different, but how is the cut calculated the others get? For example I have a full warehouse of coke, which should give be a profit around 90000$ when delivered plus some bonuses (without costs of sourcing). Would it not be much more profitable to deliver it on my own with smaller amounts that I can take it?

You always get what you are seeing on the computer sales screen.
Your CEO associates or MC members get their money out of thin air basically.
It's scaled by the amount of stock you are selling.

E.g.
You can hire 7 MC members, do a full bunker sale and each will get around $35k.
But those $245k are not deducted from the $1.05 million you can make with a full bunker.

I always assumed that Securoserv/wahtever takes a cut from the profits that you don't see because it's reflected in the sale price already, and any salaries for employees come from that. One way to rationalize the game mechanics, anyways. :P

This whole thing is indeed complicated so here are the things I know:
If you are a ceo then you can invite 3 others into your organisation, this is basic. Their salary can go up to 10.000$ max. If you die it goes down for them. If you pass missions with them it goes up faster so basically they should protect you and you shouldnt do the most dangerous things on your own the game tries to reflect this I guess.

Now the mc business is the same except you can invite up to 7 players but the max salary is 5000$ and the other rules apply here too.

About the restocking missions now. The more players you have, the more supplies you can get in a single mission. For example if you are mc president and want to restock supplies for your coke factory or something then the mission will be different if you have more players. You can get 8 boxes of supplies so everybody will have their job. Its good because that one mission will most likely max your supply stock. So more stuff you have to steal in a mission, the more your supply bar will be filled.

In ceo you have the car stealing and the box stealing. These have nothing to do with the ammont of workers you have tho. You choose the ammount of boxes you want to steal at once but you can do it yourself (it can be hard sometimes) and you can always steal only 1 car at a time.
The only thing you really need workers for is when you want to sell.

Now about selling separately because both mc and ceo have funny things. The more supplies you have, the more vehicles you will have to deliver. If you have max stock of coke, supply boxes you will most likely get 3-4 trucks to deliver and these can happen even if you are on your own. ofc it can be the other way around when you have 7 workers in your mc bussines but you only get 1 big truck.
However if you want to sell cars you can only sell the ammount of workers you have.

Now about the pay after selling.
The more you sell, the more your workers will get. I believe if you sell a max stock of coke or boxes then each of your workets will get 50.000-75.000. Which is great and there are players who are looking for this because its easy money for them and for you too.
In the car selling thing you should check the laptop if you have it and see that when you want to sell them you can get collections and when you sell those your workers will get like 50.000 (the laptop says the ammount they get I think)

So all and all if you have workers who are not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ then you can get money faster... if they are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you can lose some money.
I didnt include in this the "bunker and the hangar" bussines because they are basically the same as the box collection and the coke factory but slapped together. In the bunker you collect boxes and you can use that to sell them later or research things so you can buy new things like paint jobs, weapon mods, weapon skins, vehicle armor, kevlar armor, new weapons for certain vehicles and stuff like these. In the hangar you choose what you want to steal and then if you have enough of certain items you can sell them as a collection for a bonus that applies to your workers too.
The most profitable is stealing car. There are these top tier cars you can steal and you can outplay the system by getting all the lower tier cars and just not selling those, then the game will be forced to give you missions with only top tier cars and those give at least 20.000-40-000 more money If I remeber correctly.
BUT... but if you have a coke factory upgraded, then the minimal sell should give you like I dont know 42.000? If you always sell the minimum and you get to deliver it with the garbage truck, you will notice you have to deliver it to 5 different locations. If you deliver it to only 1 and drive it into water or let others to crash it then you will get the same payment for it and you dont have to drive that slow ♥♥♥♥ anywhere else which is good. I dont know if it works with other missions tho but this one is good because in the coke factory you dont really have to do much just wait so you can play and do whatever you want while waiting. I say do it with the minimal selling because as I said the higher it goes the bigger your chances at getting more vehicles to spawn. Well this sums up all these ♥♥♥♥♥♥ works in gta... welcome to the virtual job

Okay thanks, then it's simply money generated out of air and I don't have to think about it. Strange and unrealistic, but now it's clear;-D

Thx Sanyavok for the details. As I said I haven't played the game for a long time, so at the moment I have a MC with just a half-updated document business. I have chosen this just to see it how it works, though it's the worst one when it comes to make money. I'm not sure if I will start a CEO business soon, as I'm some kind of RPG-like player, and doing MC and CEO at the same time feels somehow strange. Maybe I'll do it either just for the sake of it;-D. Or it will be something for my second character.

Yes, delivering with 3 mail trucks from Blaine County to LS is almost impossible. I knew it but I wanted to try it. I managed to deliver 1,5 of the livery and wondered that noone attacked me or did steal or destroyed the other trucks. I think I will do bigger deliveries with friends, and when I'm on my own I will try to deliver just the amount of maximum 2 bars, which sould be in the case I get mail or trash truck just one;-D

additional to Sanyavok:
1.) if possible, most ppl prefer to sell as an MC because the payout on sale runs for your helpers is significantly higher than what they get as CEO associates;
2.) when promoting your MC prospects to Leutenants (VP, RoadCpt,....) they even get a slightly higher payout, so honor your helpers time, by doing that before starting a sale run

you can run both ceo and mc if you really want to. You can buy the supplies in the mc business so you will never have to do resupply missions. It eats from your profit but its still a profit and you only have to sell them but yeah for that the friends are a good thing because I dont think you will sell everytime at 2 bars and do the ceo stuff together. just a tip
KG79 Aug 1, 2018 @ 12:22pm
Yes, my intention in the long run is that this is a business which generates some cash in the background, so I will buy the supplies at some point.

You're right, this would be also too much work. So maybe I also will try to sell with random people online, as my game times normaly are very bad for my friends;-D Or hope not to get mail or trash when I'm on my own...

Only worth it, if you have your property fully upgraded, otherwise "steal" supplies
CEO cars is the most profitable way to earn money imho + mb club business, if you have a lot of properties + bunker
