You can't you must buy it and you shouldn't do that because your progress cannot be transferred and also console sucks

You purchased it from Steam, You only are able to play it on PC
If you want it on Console, you have to purchase it again for the wished console and you should also know, there´s no Character-Transfer from Console to PC or PC to Console
