Nobody here can help you. We´re all just users like you. And Rockstar is not visiting this Forum. They got their own. Nobody from us is from Rockstar. We only can make suggestions and recommendations. And thats mine: If you got no access to your RSC Account, make a new one and send a ticket to the support. Explain what happened and they should be able to help you
Either buy more storage for your brain , or write them on a paper , a text on PC or phone.
We can't help you. Don't blame him. Contact Rockstar.
Read the whole link carefully and then contact R*.

You have the steam account, the steamid, the cd key - you should be able to 'prove' who are you with that info. They will likely ask for it, and should be able to help you - that includes changing the email to one you can access.

- On Social Club website, click on your profile + HELP + SUPPORT
- Select the game you having trouble with (of course GTA V)
- Click on "Purchase/Activation"
- Click on "Product Activation"
- Click on "PC"
- Fill the spaces in blank
(note: to see the activation code, just go to your steam's library, right click on the game GTA V, click "See Activation code" and that's the code that you will submit on this blank space)
(note 2: a photo will help a lot. You may want to print screen the menu where you can't access Social Club via Steam, so as they can really see you don't have access.)
- Click on "SUBMIT CHAT TICKET"
- Wait for someone to live chat with you. Be calm, explain the point objectively and proceed with the instructions Rockstar support will give you.
As i told you, i had the same problem. My problem got resolved on a maximum of 30 minutes. The person that gave me the support was really nice and explained all my doubts or indecisions that i had.
However... Be sure to memorize or write it down somewhere, the new email and password, as the Social Club account via Steam, enters automatically (doesn't let you enter manually the credentials).
Ah! Be sure to give your opinion on Rockstar's support, at the end of the chat (they will give you a link with a quiz, so they can quantify the opinions from the costumers. A way of Rockstar checking the quality of their support).
Hope this can help you and sorry for any english mistake written on this article. Big love from Portugal ♥
i got the same problem.
Via your "manual" i made it works.
Thank you so much
I did the same thing but I have problem with dashboard that not loading for me. I wait patiently for days but not thing happen I send another ticket that wrote like " It possible for them to contract me at the e-mail? Because I can't take a look.." Can someone help me? Or other way to do it?
Wait... So you followed my steps and you can't see the option "SUBMIT CHAT TICKET"? Is that your problem or something else? If it isn't, please explain it more detailed cause you having a problem with the dashboard doesn't let me see the specific problem so that i can help you.
If you indeed "SUBMIT CHAT TICKET" normally they don't take too much time to enter in contact with you (via texting chat).
