how to disable fog or smog

i need to disable fog or smog or whatever you call it because i my graphics card cant handle it and it gets pixelated

I honestly don't know how a small effect like "fog" can cause bad performance. If you remove it I highly doubt you'd really get any performance increase tbh. Maybe you should just get a better computer.
