I use the fast travel to go between my properties after a large pay out..

So I set the spawn location to my nightclub and find a new session.

He spawns in puking in the toilet in the bathroom of the club. OK

Next I go to the computer and I get "This computer is currently blocked due to your recent behavior."

I just made 419K on a solo gun run in the phantom Wedge mission I'd be drunk too after that LOL

First time I've gotten that.

It has nothing to do with this. Most likely it's a result of cheating outrage in the session

This is one of the random spawn locations in the nightclub. You'll see more of the scenes of that type if you drink "Macbeth" whiskey shot, the random of which will eventually grant you a secret T-Shirt.
