Need help! Cant invite or accept invites!

So, me and my friend have been playing Gta V for over 3 years now and we´re both on level 200+. Suddenly, when trying to send invites we get this error message "Sending invites is disabled until both you and this playing have completed the GTA online tutorial". Its been like this for weeks now. What the hell is wrong? How do i solve this? We both completed that damn tutorial ages ago... Please help. We cant do anything now, no missions, no heists, nothing!

Hey mate, i am having the same problem with a friend but still dont know how to solve it. To play together we use the social club to join to the same session and then start the mission/heist at the same place in order to start together.

We tried that but that doesnt work either! Maybe reinstalling the whole game might solve the problem?

I remember a friend having the same issue on ps4. I think he fixed it by doing the tasks he had missed or skipped.
From what I remember you had to do a race, a deathmatch, buy some clothes, rob a store, and fit a tracker to a car.

There may be other tasks I forgot, good luck.

Thanks, i´ll try that. I have done the tutorial again with a new character up to the point where u steal the drugs... after that it doesnt tell u what to do as far as i can see... But i´ll try to do the other stuff you told me about too. Its really weird u get the option to skip the tutorial though... if you HAVE to do it, why do they give u the option to skip it?

Ok, i created a new character and i finished the tutorial. After that, invites did work the next time i played the game, but now kind of the same problem is back again! Now i can invite people but i cant accept invites. Once again it says i have to "complete the GTA online tutorial". I did the tutorial one more time but still invites DOES NOT WORK. Im running out of ideas how to solve this. Can anyone help please?

Mmmmm, in my case my friend was really new and he had to finish a mission, then he solved the problem. What about delete your local profile at C/Documents/Rockstar? Maybe files are corrupt and that could fix the problem...

But if i delete the local profile i will have to reinstall the game, right? And i might lose all my progress in the online mode too?

Nope, you will loose only the config(it will take you 2 min to do it again) and the progress for single player, so make a backup first if you want. Online progress is saved on the cloud, so you wont loose anything related with that.

If you try it, tell us if it works. GL mate
