The controls are the same as every other aircraft in the game.
Heck, even the Battlefield games use the same layout.

The only exception is the drone, where Rockstar really use a messed up scheme.

Also, their mouse controls for aircraft is really bad.

erm its really not that hard oh and you can use the mouse as well...

erm mouse flying controls are terrible. You're used to them because you don't have a choice
