Here's a link to the comparison video:

Based on what I can see in the video, the Zentorno has braging rights but the Turismo R is the overall best due to much better cornering (it corners like it's on rails).
Personally, I'd stick with the Turismo R.
The Turismo R looks better and sounds way WAY better. Performance is about the same on 'em.
I have a zentoro. Its easy to drive and fast . I got mine cheap.
The Turismo to me just became boring really fast, I guess theres a couple of reasons why.
Not much customization to either one. That being said, the Zentorno can look more unique using just color combinations than the Turismo.
They both feel about the same to drive, so thats a wash...
The Zentorno is more durable, however. It can take alot of abuse compared with most normal cars in the same class. Armor upgrades are practially unecessary. With no rear window and small side and front windows you will be fairly well protected in it. Before the Kuruma, it was the go-to car for hostile lobbies and missions.
As far as racing.... Turismo handles a little better. Not really noticeable in normal non race conditions, sadly.
You could always just decide by flipping a coin....
