Tezeract is generally better but i like Pariah more since it isnt electric and looks better to me. So Tezeract = performance, Pariah = Looks and sound

if u planning to actually make use of ur car in races then buy pariah (top in its class)

Tezeract is silent so the sound is far greater.

One is a sports car and the other is a super car. Are you going to race with them? If so, what cars do you use now for super and sports races? If you're buying them to just get to places, you might want to look into helicopters. If you want to get to places, but you prefer a car, then get the Pariah. The Pariah decimates the Tezeract in terms of top speed.

Pariah is basically a super car masquerading as a sports class car. If you race it is a must if not just pick the one you like the looks of better.

The Tezeract can be good for certain stunt races if it's being driven by an experienced driver. Its solid top speed, better than most acceleration and it being AWD can make it a very good car for stunt races with lots of tubes and turns. It's not worth getting if you're into stunt racing though, there are indeed quite a few cars that are better for that sort of stuff, same goes for regular racing as well.
