GTA 5 how to change skins for storyline characters

I want to change storyline characters to custom characters but i am completaly lost on how to do it. Example, i would like to change lamar davis to a custom skin so when cutscenes are played, it will be my custom skin instead of lamar.

I guess either you could use a mod menu for Single Player, or there may be tutorials how to do it using OpenIV, on YouTube. Not sure for certain on that though

Yeah only problem i don't know where in the files i would change that.

what would be the point? They would still have the same dialogue in place and be referred to by their name, would be a bit immersion breaking, but that's just me I guess.

Yeah i agree but they are not for singelplayer cutscene but for multiplayer ones. I just need to find out how to change skins in the game files and not with a trainer so that the skins are permanetaly changed.
